i contacted customer service to cancel the order which they told me HAD NOT BEEN PROCESSED YET and they said they couldnt do anything for me? so useless and unhelpful just kept repeating the same thing and refusing to cancel just saying i had to wait for both and return them even though i can see that returns take months. i tried to place an order and once i completed it the webpage just clicked back to the main page of the website no confirmation no nothing everything as it was before i tried to place the order so i checked my account and the money hadn't come out and no confirmation email so i waited a while and tried again and the exact same thing happened i then realised this could be a problem with the website so checked reviews and low and behold its happened to so many people.
